Camp, Conference and Recreation Facility
Lions Camp Horizon is a large multi-purpose, full service facility located in 68 peaceful acres which make up Bay Horizon Park. The Whatcom County Parks facility is managed and operated by the Lions Camp Horizon Foundation. This former Blaine Air Force Base is equipped to handle indoor and outdoor activities with its regulation size gymnasium, outdoor basketball and tennis court, horseshoe pits, barbeque and outdoor picnic area, dining and kitchen facilities, conference buillding, four large dormitories with a lounge and laundry room, each sleeping up to forty-seven guests!
