Camp, Conference and Recreation Facility
Camp Horizon’s facilities, located in the 68 acres that make up Whatcom County’s Bay Horizon Park, are available for group rentals outside of our four week special needs camping season. Each of our four residence buildings can accommodate up to 47 guests in rooms equipped with 2-3 beds with shared restrooms and showers (some ADA accessible). Bedrooms are complete with a built in dresser and closet. The accommodation buildings each have laundry facilities and a Lounge Room on the ground floor and like our spacious Dining Hall and Conference Building are heated. Other Camp facilities include a regulation size gymnasium, outdoor basketball court, horseshoes, picnic tables, and a large fire pit.
We are nearby scenic Birch Bay and only a few miles south of the Canadian border.
Our rates are affordable (starting from $10 per person/night, minimums apply) and combinations of buildings can be booked to suit the needs of your group!
Your group’s rental of all or part of Camp Horizon’s facilities helps support the Lions Camp Horizon Foundation in its efforts to provide an enjoyable summer camp experience for hundreds of individuals with special needs.
